  2. Order Processing

    • Campaign speed and completion can vary due to network partner and platform conditions.
    • Completion is not guaranteed for every campaign.
    • If a submitted link is invalid, private, broken, or restricted, service delivery may fail.

  3. Refund Policy

    • Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited.
    • Refunds for failed or undelivered campaigns are issued only when applicable based on partner response.
    • Users cannot dispute completed deliveries after successful completion.

  4. User Accounts

    • Keep your login and API credentials secure at all times.
    • You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
    • Sharing or transferring account access without approval may trigger restrictions.

  5. API Access

    • API use is provided as-is and may be rate-limited or restricted when abuse is detected.
    • Flooding, automation abuse, or malicious requests may result in API revocation.

  6. Service Changes

    • Plans, rates, limits, and availability can change at any time without prior notice.
    • Temporary maintenance or outages may happen and do not create compensation obligations.

  7. Prohibited Activities

    • Do not use this platform for spam, fraud, impersonation, or harmful campaigns.
    • Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, users, or partner infrastructure.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    • XEONSORA is not liable for external losses, account penalties, or third-party platform actions.
    • All listed plans are provided without guarantees beyond each plan description.

  9. Termination Rights

    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.
    • Severe violations may result in immediate access removal without notice.
